Our plants are located in hilly lands exposed to the South. They are annually cut in the internal part, paying attention that the plant remains in a perfect balance between foliage and roots, thus allowing an improvement both in qualitative and quantitative terms of fruits production.
They are fertilized with organic products, applying them both on the leaf and on the ground, thus guaranteeing perfect plant growth. We periodically check the health state of plants and the gradual growth of fruits in order to ensure a high quality final product.
In this way we challenge seasonal variables, which at the same time make our work so variable and so fascinating.
The harvest is carried out during the best maturation period through the use of mechanical facilitators, usually between the months of October and November. The pressing takes place within 12 hours of plucking.
